Was sent a photo of flowers sent to friends for their golden wedding anniversary. They were lovely and even more beautiful when buds opened several days later. Still doing well after nearly a week. Thank you. Would recommend.

Miss Moss did an incredible job with my wedding bouquets, boutonnières and reception flowers. The team were brilliant to work with the entire time, and were so helpful and kind throughout.

Ordered flower for the wife on our anniversary.. the delivered the flowers the day before, and they were not very nice at all. Shabby roses, dried out end of their life flowers. Contacted company, offered return , and send out another bunch next day or refund ( and pick up awful flowers) . Eventually decided on refund and return flowers. Very unhappy with anniversay surprise order.

Such a lovely gift shop. Supporting local products. Bought a plant n pot for my SIL birthday free wrapping beautifully presented. Lovely staff

The owner, Mel, is one very nasty woman. She swears and cusses about people in front of customers and has no respect for her extremely hard working staff. Most of her transactions with staff is done via text messages. Inmature act.Shame on you Mel for treating people this way. If it weren't for your staff you would not have a business.Thanks for the response Mel. :) .... All I can say is I'm a customer and have seen first hand what you say and how you treat people.Funny how my 1st post received 2 thumbs up in the first 24 hours. Truth hurts doesn't it Mel.

Beautiful arrangment organised easily through their website. I had to amend my requested delivery date becasue of an error I made. The staff were very accomodating and prompt . I will happily be ordering flowers from here again (and the Mrs will be happy for that too).Thank you!!

Would never ever order again!Can’t quite get over how appalling this experience was!! Ordered flowers for my elderly mum the day before Valentine’s Day. Kind of takes the shine off it when you have to text at night saying did you get something from me? My mum ended up scouring her property to find the delivery of wilted flowers- not placed at either door. Complete waste of money.Next day Valentine’s Day I had ordered some flowers and hamper for my sons girlfriend. I had offered to do it for him as I wanted to use Miss Moss- by 5pm on VD again sending texts saying ‘did you receive something?’ But no delivery. Rang shop who tells me she will ring me back as I am one of several customers who haven’t received their delivery. I ring back an hour later after my distressed son calls me and tells me they haven’t been received still. ‘Miss Moss’ can’t tell me where they are- I am interstate and ask that they just deliver something to my sons girlfriend who lives a few metres from the shop (three suburbs away) to be told that’s not possible. But they can’t also tell me anything about the delivery as the delivery drivers phone is off?? My son doesn’t drive but takes his girlfriend to dinner and we say we will make it up to her and I really feel like I’ve stuffed up after a few recent stuff ups!After dinner at around 8.38pm she gets a delivery. I thought it was a response to a long email I had sent the shop and again…. Had asked someone drop ANyTHING off to her…. I am pretty stressed about my $250 going up in smoke… next day miss moss refunds me just the hamper delivery - two days later miss moss contacts me to tell me the hamper had been delivered and I needed to give them the money back so the middle of the night delivery wasn’t them making up for anything it was the actual delivery. They basically accused me of being dishonest. This experience just sucked and I would never ever order off this business again.!

Such a beautiful little shop. I had a lot of questions regarding pots and plants, and the staff there answered all of my questions PLUS MORE.Highly recommend checking them out!

This is a beautiful gem hidden in Weston shops. This boutique florist is amazing, the bouquets are always high quality and are super fresh. This florist not only has live bouquets but also has wonderful dried everlasting ones aswell! Not only do they have those, but also have an array of live potted plants, nick nacks, gifts, pots, soaps and books! Every time I walk into this store it boosts my mood!
