Excellent Customer Service.My all time favourite place to visit at Christmas. Going to the Tiaro Christmas Cottage isn’t just shopping, it’s an outing and magical experience. Grant and Jenny create a friendly relaxed atmosphere so you can browse the displays for as long as you want. The displays are well presented and there’s plenty to choose from. The after sales service is second to none also. When I had a query regarding connecting my tree lights, Grant answered my email within the hour. Couldn’t ask for better service.Well worth a visit, if you want to get into the Christmas Spirit. There’s parking available at the side of the shop too.

I love this shop, with its unique baubles and decorations. Came here when it first opened and bought European decorations but this year I noticed many decorations are made in china. Maybe travel restrictions have caused this to happen? Still enjoyed my visit though.

This is a great little shop with just about every Christmas decoration you could ever need. It was also nice to have the option of old style glass decorations. Christmas or not, you will find something you like.
