I called Mark on behalf of my mother to replace some globes including a fluro.I purchased the wrong fluro for her and mark picked the correct one up and replaced when he was in the neighbourhood again. Which was only a little more than a day later. He didn't even charge her anymore as she is a pensioner and unwell. I am so appreciative to him that some old style helping people out is still in action today.Anna Wu

Mark is extremely knowledgeable and was able to think about solutions to issues in our flat that other trades hadn't been able to solve. Work was done very promptly and without any fuss. We will be back in contact next time we need any type of handyman work.

Mark was called by my son to repair damage done by a previous tradi.He did that and was polite and entertainingly cheerful as well.He shows not only skills developed from his early trade training but also his expertise with people in various socio-medical capacities.His attention to detail for someone disabled like myself, shows his nursing background.I challenged Mark with materials he had not worked with before, a sandstone paint and he worked with me to achieve a successful result in every area of my home, including showing his artistic skill in concealing via illusion shades & angles, the problems in the homes plaster-work etc.Thankyou Gayle Reynolds.
