We had Will and his team over a few times for both big jobs (major plumbing fixes between floors in a 2 story house) and small (replacing a previously badly made trap under a sink). For the big (multi day) job Will was extremely methodical with his diagnosis, honest with his opinions and took his time to explain a very troublesome issue. Then once fixed, he was very thorough to test his job to ensure there was no problems in all my bathrooms. For the small job, again he explained the issue clearly and was very efficient to keep a small job small.Both times Will was friendly and courteous with us. We've already recommended his company to other people and happy continuing to do so.

We had a burst gas hot water unit, contacted Will and he was very prompt and efficient to resolve the leak. Delivery of new unit next morning and Will came and installed the new one the same day. Very professional and knowledgeable about which unit to purchase for a seamless change over. Definitely recommend for all your plumbing needs.
