Chris from woodpatch was indescribably and genuinely the most attentive, helpful and down to earth person when it came to resolution and great customer service. We had ordered a bespoke liv edge bath caddy. The first take did not sit as wanted, as our bath had a very thin edge. But this didn't stop Woodpatch from delivering a high end quality product. We were kept in the loop all the way through and at every step were asked to approve. Chris made sure we were happy and content not just on the finished product but during the making of the product.
