Went here for a vaccine, on very short notice & on a Saturday mind you. Izzy the pharmacist was so genuine & considerate. Made the whole experience unexpectedly enjoyable. Thank you & I will definitely pop in after my trip away. Thank you

Friendly staff, decent range of hats.

Took several prescriptions in thinking it was a discount pharmacy, as per the sign.Paid $181, got home, checked previous prices from Chemist Warehouse, ripped off by over $60.Will never go there again.

The worst pharmacy ever. I needed just one 19 gage needle for injection and they left no choice fir me on Saturday afternoon at emergency case but to buy the whole pack including:40x Alcowipes1x1.4 snap top bottle20x terumo 23gx1 1/4 needle20x terumo 3ml syringe20x terumo 19gx1 1/2 needleWill not recommend the pharmacy at all.

Zero customer service, overpriced items. I never write reviews but thought that with the multitude of great chemists in the area, worth chosing another friendly chemist

This chemist has been amazing for me and my family since moving to the area a couple of years ago. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Friendly staff you could just talk for ages there because there so nice and they definitely know what helps just go here if you’re close ok

Poor form!Unfortunately our medical package was delivered to Chemist Outlet by accident by a freight company instead of directly to us.Upon finding out where it was delivered and who signed for it, I went to collect it. The staff I spoke to at Chemist Outlet confirmed that the person who signed for it did actually work there but they did not know of any package made out to our 6 month old baby from the company I told them it was delivered from.After a brief search, the staff found the package and they went through a standard (and expected) ID check with me. After the check was done, I expected our package to be handed over, but it was insisted that I explain the medical condition of our child and reasons we needed the package contents to prove it was our package. I questioned this as there was no reason to explain my child's medical condition to them as we were not customers there, to which I was told that if I was wrong, they would not hand over the package. I asked if they had someone by the exact same name working there and they said no. Clearly this was our package.As it turned out, the staff had opened our package and gone through it to see what it was. This did not need to happen! There were multiple contact details on the outside of the package for the staff to find out who it was for but they chose to open it instead. And as they said, when they received it, they didn't know what it was or who it was for. Oh! So they did know about the delivery after all, unlike they told me to begin with!Extremely unprofessional for a chemist.

This friendly pharmacy opens on Anzac Day 2018. It alleviated my sickness and pain when most needed. They have very competitive prices & professional service. It’s hard to find 600 ml water bottle for $1 on these days.
