Man behind counter very rude and loud! Purchase a camping item that was faulty and he got very irritated that I returned it and started to make me feel bad about it in front of other customers.The manager (Lady) was very supportive but I guess she can’t argue with her boss.They also are very expensive compared to other shops. Have a look around before buying there. 2 star because the manager was nice and apologetic.

Terrible service. Went in to pick up an $800 online order, guy was rude and basically said the person who did the order wasn't working. I advised them order would be left somewhere behind counter. They eventually found it with my persistence but they weren't very forthcoming.

Steve and the team at Smirkey's are great! Always willing to help and point you in the right direction and they have all the gear when it comes to sports.

Top service and great assistance with a faulty gas burner.The team at the shop came up with the best and cost-effective solution.We were back on the road bush camping in no time. Thanks for saving our precious holidays guys and all the best. Manu.

Needed a puncture repair on a bike but they refused to help because I hadn't purchased the bike from from them. We live in Perth and are travelling around Oz. So, I decided not to buy the bike helmet and fishing gear I needed from them because of their attitude. They lost much more than the cost of the puncture repair.

So you go in to purchase a gift for someone, cruising the YETI products deciding what size water bottle to get, a bit of back and forth etc, anyhoo decide on the smaller one so you put the big YETI bottle back that you had in your hands and grab the small one on the way back past and proceed to the counter directly behind the display stand, lurch behind the counter then sends someone to price check before he processes the purchase! wow ok you think I magically swapped the price tag infront of your eyes to try save a few bucks when in reality I probably earn double your yearly wage and some, great way to treat your customers big fella. terrible service and so over priced. Dingas online for the win.

They got the gear but over priced to the hilt. Service was ok but to pay double price on a swag is pure rip-off merchant style. Use as a last resort but dont be like me and expect just a little Pilbara tax, this mob do the full tax 2 times over .
