I get this time of year is busy and I take half of blame for not checking smokes before exiting store this is the fifth time it’s happened i haven’t checked before opening packet weather it’s correct packet so bloody frustrating nothing can be done just waste money smoke wrong smokes

I went I there today and I am a regular customer but i don't understand as a company how you can expect one staff member in the store on their own to deal with in excess of 10 customers plus also having to accept deliveries at the same time and you want us to be loyal.But in saying that the blonde lady today i think her name was Nicole was so friendly and apologetic about the wait .I don't feel that is fair on your staff to be under that stress or pressure.Very happy with the customer service just not happy with the company not supporting or helping their staff and leaving them to deal with things on their own.Sorry just giving you my opinion as a regular customer
