Ben is truely an amazing person on both sides of the camera. From first meeting Ben at a wedding expo we knew we had to have him be part of our day! His brightness is infectious and his approach to his work is truely remarkable. He somehow manages to capture every moment without shoving a camera in your face all day, he prompts you without making you feel prompted or set up and goes above an beyond helping out on the day. He helped keep the day on track while bringing an extra something special to our big day. He mingles with the family like he is one of them and keeps guests entertained while making the rounds. He isn’t one of those photographers that keeps out of site in the shadows and if he was we would all be missing out! If he wasn’t so good behind the camera I’d tell him to leave the camera at home and just come as a superstar guest, but I can’t say that because since receiving our final product he is that good! We couldn’t recommend Ben any higher, if your looking for a videographer Ben is your man hands down!

Through most of our wedding planning, I was against having a videographer. I thought it was unnecessary and couldn't justify the need for a video as well as photos. It took some convincing on my part to be open to the idea. I say this only because now I can honestly say, on the other side of our wedding, it was one of the best last minute decisions we made.As soon as we saw Ben's work, we knew he was the right videographer for us. If we were going to do this, I was adamant that it would have to be the right style and fit for us. I looked at countless videos and Ben's work shone through. Yet, when you choose Ben, you don't just get an amazing video of your wedding. You get someone who truly cares, who is deeply passionate and goes to extra lengths to make sure he understands you as a couple and what you want for your wedding day.It takes heart to capture heart and it's evident through Ben's work and how he conducts his business that he is all heart. We couldn't be happier with our experience of Wildbird Films, from beginning to end, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Sometimes in life you meet people who you just know are special. It’s something that can be hard to find but when you have it you know there is no one else you could trust and when it came to videography Ben was that person. He was one of the first suppliers we ever met with and set the bar high for every single person we met thereafter. In our first meeting Ben took the time to get to know not only us but our family and it was by far one of the nicest parts of the wedding planning process. My now husband and I came away instantly knowing that he was the one (and also came away with the knowledge of how important connection is when planning a wedding and choosing your suppliers).We looked forward to hearing from him and any meeting we could have. We seriously just loved any chance we had to speak with him because he is one of those people that radiates positivity and you come away feeling so great. Basically we just wanted to be best friends with him haha!On the day itself, Ben was so present yet also barely there; the perfect combination. One of our favourite moments of the whole day was during our 1:1 time and Ben would ask us these beautiful questions (e.g. tell Jamie three things you love about him) and I still remember these moments as clear as day. People say your wedding day flies and it does, but because of the questions and moments Ben helped to facilitate, we have these memories that were so grounding, so still, and so present. His gentle and thoughtful personality was just felt throughout our day and we can’t thank Ben enough for being our videographer.The wedding film itself just leaves us speechless (and for me, in tears). His work is nothing short of incredible. We come away with the best day of our lives, and now the most amazing film to not only remember the day, but to feel the love and joy that our wedding day brought. It’s a film that our future children and grandchildren will be able to watch, and how special for us that we will get to sit down and share this with them.There was never anyone else to film our day, never a shadow of a doubt that he would produce the most amazing film, but he still exceeded our hopes and dreams more than we could ever have imagined. We will forever be glad we chose him and he chose us.If you are going to pick anyone to be part of your day, I could not recommend anyone more than Ben Jones - Wildbird Films. And if you need an amazing video/photography duo; he and Tony Evans Photo were the absolute bomb together. Dream team, I repeat, dream team!!Ben; thank you. From the bottom of our hearts. You held us through the most exciting and memorable day of our life, but your kindness in one of the hardest times we faced we will forever be grateful for. Amazing !!! From the moment we met Ben we absolutely loved him! He drove over two hours just to meet up with us and get to know us both. He truly cared and spent his own time just to learn more about our relationship. We both left that first visit feeling incredibly happy and excited. On our wedding, Ben was caring and kind and made us both feel like we were hanging out with a mate. He was there from early in the morning and stayed until well past the band had stopped playing. His dedication was incredible and beyond our expectations. We received a sneak peak video very quickly and it was AMAZING! We were blown away.We both feel so lucky that we met Ben and feel so special that he chose to video our day!He truly added to our wedding and it would not have been the same without him. We love you Ben! X
