Worst barge company ever. Zero care taken, horrible tracking of s hi shipments, items offloaded in different ports, items stolen. Use Barge Express, much better organisation Nd cheaper.

Staff are friendly enough but the whole place is confusing and the wait times are ridiculous.Better signage or someone near the gate directing you where to go, and maybe a larger area to drop off small goods would be beneficial.

Broke my sister's TV and won't own up to it.Even though they were told handle with care and it was bubble wrapped and packed carefully.DO NOT SHIP YOUR FURNITURE OR ELECTRONICS WITH THEM!

If you're going to send palletised freight take a packed lunch. You'll be waiting in line for ages. Even if you're preconsigned you have to wait for others who aren't. No URGENCY on their behalf.
