STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING OLIVIA AND TUNG TO BE EXACT, THE WAY TUNG TALKS TO HIS CUSTOMERS FROM SITTING BEHIND A COMPUTER SCREAMING MIND YOU, ABOUT CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION SO THE WHOLE STORE CAN HEAR IS ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!!!!! I AM SICK OF THEM DOING THIS TO NOT ONLY ME BUT MY ELDERLY MOTHER ALSO.... HOW DARE THEY! I HAVE TAKEN THIS FURTHER TO FAIR TRADING AND THE MAYOR OF WINDSOR! IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A CHEMIST WHO ACTUALLY APPRECIATES YOUR BUSINESS I SUGGEST YOU GO ELSE WHERE. THE AMOUNT OF TIMES THESE 2 HAVE MADE PEOPLE CRY IS PATHETIC.

Five stars+++ from me for the wonderful customer service from all staff, fantastic quick response too when in need of prescriptions when product not in store, i fully recommend everyone drop into this store and you will be glad that you did.

Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Would give good advice on best value for products and also show you how to use the prescribed medication. Thanks for the service!

since the 90s and being that it is now 2022 i have recently had the need to attend goodlife chemist...for the better part of ALL of this time pastit has been a great chemiststill isonly theres now a female behind the counter that knows my partner and seems to think she knows me...which she doesntshe isinsulting***rude***abrasive***unable to answer simple questionsi dont remember ever having to deal with herand i wont ever againand if i am ever spoken to in the manner i was today, again, there will be fireworksshe has a huge problem with MALES...thats a givenbe warned good life...SHE will not be approached EVER AGAINi must attend this chemist as this is where MY HEALTH is taken care ofi will deal with the MAN from now onwho i believe is in CHARGE...maybeits funny how today the customer is no longer the number one concerngo figure

Love all the people that work here! Tung is my favorite, only because he welcomes me and always makes me feel as though my health is top priority... nooo all of them at GoodLife are fantastic. I've never felt unwelcomed ever and they honestly I think and treat us like we are apart of their family! I'm grateful for the last 6 years and having them look after myself and my daughters,Thx to all the staff at GoodLife for the caring people that you are. You take time and are so understanding and take their time, as long as they can to help you with your health problems....

Nice staff and service but everything is overpriced, even the Pharmacy own brands. Blooms Chemist, Windsor is cheaper and that’s a chain franchise. I won’t use them again.

I really have depended on this pharmacy after recently moving, having a revision total knee replacement and catching Covid from the friend who drove me home from hospital. I dont know what i would have done without them! They have been fabulous!!
