Went in on a Friday afternoon about 2PM. Ordered a meal Deal and a seperate lone burger take away using the self serve kiosk, got home and the burger was missing. It wasn't even busy, how do you stuff that up?

We used the drive-thru, ended up in the waiting bay, no issues at all becuse we also ordered one of their non-standard burgersSome young bloke comes out casually with our three burgers in two paper bags .Hey I like the odd burger like most people , but these were lacking in lettuce and I would have say a bit of overkill with 6 huge prices of gerken. Overall the burger meat and burger was rushed and dry .Also we did go through the drive-thru and end-up in the waiting bay early evening at the front doors with people getting aggressive just open the door. It seamed a busy night . Would I sit and eat here? probably not . I would rather risk another feed in the drive-thru.

This HJ is rubbish. Nearly every time I go they want to send me to the waiting bay. And tonight I ordered a Whopper with extra onion and got a Whopper with no onion. You seriously need to get uour act together given the outrageous prices you charge

Went through drive-thru and ordered a jacks fried chicken hunger tamer, they forgot my burgers and I had to chase them up, then the burgers were cold and it was beef and not chicken they didn't give me my nuggets despite assuring they were in the bag. Had to argue with drive thru staff that my order was missing several items and they wouldn't listen. Terrible service, would avoid this Hungry Jack's and if I could do 0 stars I would.

Absolutely disgusted in my meal but was hungry so ate what I could. Burger was burnt tasted like charcoal. Partners burger wasn't much better. Won't be going there again the foods gone downhill heaps

Customer service is always great. Cannot complain. Friendly and polite. Watching what they do they deserve more praise. For anyone complaining. You try doing it. Keep up the good work.

Main issue here is food quality. If you like your burgers cold. Absolutely go here. If you like them fresh and hot, don't bother. Service depends a lot on when you go in. Sometimes it's ok. Often it's not. If and when they start making their food hot, I'll revise my review.
