O'Brien appliance repair

Cannot fault this company so reliable and I need to make a special mention for Billa Coen the Accounts Manager so lovely to deal with always assists me. Thank you for your great work.

Called for a dishwasher repair. Westinghouse WSF6605XR. Throwing a water supply fault code. Tech was on time, however spent 20 mins diagnosing machine, and concluded that the main control computer AND water supply hose/valve both needed replacing. Charged $143 just for callout. Later received quote for $424 to fix appliance on top of callout fee. Had a friend who is an electician replace only the hose/valve (an $80 part) and machine now works fine. A waste of our time and money, and tried to gouge us by selling an expensive part that wasn't needed. Not happy. Unless your appliance is very high end, dont bother.

Best customer service

Called O'briens to get my oven serviced/repaired as it has not been heating properly. The tech was half an hour late which caused a lot of disruptions as he then took half an hour longer to do the job. The tech lacked professionality - kept on telling me things about the oven and other ovens that I did not want to know and did not ask for. This slowed the process down and I did not want a chat, I just wanted the oven serviced and any faults found. The tech asked for a towel so he could take the oven out and it didn't scratch the ground. Why would you not come prepared with one if you are likely going to need it to do the job?The job was completed and no fault was found which is the only reason this is a 2 star rating and not 1. This business fails to understand what consumers want when they request a job like this (must be on time, minimal irrelevant chat, and must come prepared for the job). I won't use them again.

i have called obrien service to repair my oven, had to make a cake for my son birthday and noticed its not heating at all, technician came on time and replaced the oven heater and i was back in business , very prompt and professional service , happy son happy mother :)

Fast and very efficient service. Gabriel was great and so professional. I couldnt ask for more. i had my dishwasher inspected and decided that it wasn't worth repairing. I have received a quote for new dishwasher including installation from your office the following day!! and my new dishwasher was installed few days later. It was smooth and easy. The office staff was wonderful as well so thank you.Good job guys. Keep up the good work.

Though a realestate agent they booked this business to come and look at the oven.I was told that someone will attend friday.I was home all day friday waiting and no one shows.Not even a call.Finally the following week after I called the agents to say where are they they show up.The Tech although very polite discussed with myself that the oven was old and he gets the same complait all the time regarding this type of oven that it does not cook food properley.He did a report that did not say this ( and he did mention he cant say anything) to the agents that the oven did reach temp but nothing on the fact that this type of oven is now out of date and has this complait often that it does not cook food.I called the Oven place office to discuss this to get this rude reception person.Do not use this placethey wont even report all finding.I dont blame the Tech I blame the Management that clearley has other agendas.
