Hunter Express

Terrible service from this company! They do not know what is going on or where their parcels are. Cannot provide details. The updates are very vague. We were told that the consignment was in the local warehouse (for 3 weeks) and they couldn’t get hold of CTI logistics so after I had finally had enough I contacted CTI who let me know it had been returned to sender under the direction of Hunter Express. I called Hunter Express and they denied all knowledge of this and said they didn’t have that information but then proceeded to tell me that they could see it had been returned and then told me they didn’t have that information when I had originally called 30mins prior.

Aside from sitting in the receivable depot for 3 days, the service wasn’t too bad. I was extremely concerned with the hundreds of 1 star ratings, but my personal experience is that customer service was friendly but vague with expected delivery timelines (was told to just give it a few more days even though it was several days past the due date), the online tracking leaves much to be desired with details of where your order actually is, and all the ETA times changing when the updated times pass by, but delivery guy was also friendly and helpful with the heavy items.I’ve had orders from China received earlier and quicker so the $150 express charges are definitely not worth it. If given the choice when ordering online, I probably wouldn’t use Hunter Express again.

I don’t really write reviews, but feel so strongly about the terrible service I’m doing one for Hunter Express. Ordered a rug, from Sydney to Perth. It’s been a month since it was shipped and I still haven’t seen it. According to the tracking it was then shipped again from Sydney 2 weeks later. Tried to call, no numbers are listed anywhere. Sent emails, crickets.At this stage I doubt I’ll receive my parcel. How can you possibly operate a business like this?

Warehouse + delivery staff were friendly and helpful. However there is no Perth phone number and they never called me or sent text message, despite being told several times that they would. There is also no phone number on the website that I could find. Communication problems meant I had to pick it up myself. Have to be proactive and call the east office using the number here on google. East office lady was polite and helpful, but ultimately could not assist in getting the package delivered.

Without a doubt this is by far the most pathetic delivery service iv ever experienced. Spent $200 on Express delivery, item was given a 3 week window to arrive, it’s now been 2 weeks since that window. There is also no way of getting in contact with anyone from customer service just to get an idea as to what’s going on. Beyond pathetic for a national courier service. Try and avoid using hunter express at all costs!!

Having had the terrible experience shared by most over Christmas I was dreading this second delivery via spotlight, however, I have been so pleasantly surprised by the speed of delivery (same route as previous that took 6 weeks) and the constant updates and tracking. 5 out of 5 for turning my whole experience around! keep it up :)

Your Hunter tracking number "doesn't even work. Besides

The worst transport company out. My item was picked up in Melbourne on the 8th February and finally received it today the 24th.And you call yourself an express transport company.This also was after many phone calls of when it would be delivered.

Tracking number XV203629First attempt - delivery man failed to check gate that was left unlocked, a very visual side gate on the main street. If you give me an option to upload a photo with instructions, that would be better for delivery man.Second attempt to deliver was successful. However, I have to refresh tracking system for ETA for one hour, before goods finally arrived. I have also to hang around my main door for half an hour which shouldnt be necessary if I could sent you a photo showing the unlocked gate, with instructions. The tracking system which shows exactly where the delivery truck is marvellous, similar to the Uber technology. Impressive.

Delivered in good time and in good order only but the instructions were if noone is home leave in a safe place. It was left in a safe place only my wife was home all day and my dogs don't miss anything so there was no knock on the door.
