Friendly, prompt with tour of facilities for re-assurance re packing. I did my own pack on recent send, but would have no hesitation in using them for this task. Well done guys. Conveniently located near airport too. My parcel was dropped on a Thursday and was on a plane same day, with delivery to customer inside 24 hours.

Kamran was very helpful and answered all my questions, given me options and explained the process. Had 5 boxes including a monitor that was professionally packed by Pack & Send that was shipped from Adelaide to Sydney. I was able to track the shipping andI received all my packages in great condition after 2 days. Highly recommended!

I purchased online a large airless spray painter not having realised it was pick-up only and I lived 1500km away. I found the cost okay given it had to be well packed to avoid damage. Within 5 days it arrived on my door step. I rarely bother to give reviews but in this case I'm really relieved and happy with the business and their boss Kamran.

If you're looking at couriers to send something interstate I recommend Pack n Send, I've used other companies before but for sure these guys are the easiest to work with and I've never had any issues.The people at Hilton Pack n Send are great, super friendly and good service.
