I have purchased and completed the Eddie Dilleen Property Investment Course. There is so much valuable information in Eddie's course, it's truly amazing at the small payment with an abundance of information and ongoing assistance that is included. Not once have I been pressured into investing when I am not ready. You will receive property emails, it's like you are apart of the family and have not been forgotten. I personally recommend for anyone if you have a current portfolio or not, to investigate Eddie Dilleen on Youtube, Google, etc. I did, and I'm very happy I took the next step.

This book 30 properties before 30 has been an inspiration to me. In the book Eddie talks about how he started is property journey and how he built his property portfolio over time. He reveals his strategy how he was able to achieve a property portfolio of 30 properties before 30. The book is easy to read and has simple strategies you can implement to grow your own portfolio no matter what your starting point is. Thank you Eddie!

I read '30 properties before 30' and have nearly finished the Mentorship Program. They both have great. Very informative and knowledge building, incorporating many examples of past properties they have bought. They also go through the whole buying process from start to finish unlike other books/courses. I would highly recommend. Once I have finished the course i look forward to buying property with Eddie's team.
