Prouds the Jewellers

Came into the store to purchase 3 bracelets for a christening, the blond lady mentioned that they only had two and that sunshine had one. We placed the bracelets on hold to the end of the day, went to sunshine to make sure the bracelet was there before we make a purchase. Luckily enough we managed to get it, only to come back to the highpoint store to be told by our lovely professional sales person that she sold one of the bracelets because she didn’t know we were coming back. As per Prouds policy we have the right to keep things on hold for 24hrs.Good job on loosing 6 sales as we were going to purchase earrings as well.Won’t be returning or supporting any Prouds and Angus and Coote stores.Genius

Very very poor customer service from the middle aged blonde lady. Seemed to have an imaginary customer with only myself to attend while the other lady working was with another customer. She looked over and continued to fiddle with a watch after about 5 minutes told me she was with a customer without even being greeted. I ended up walking out and purchasing from micheal hill instead.I suggest handing your employees a basic people skills handbook.

Experienced amazing customer service from an assistant called Keeley. Very kind, helpful and above all down to Earth. Kept it real, and ultimately convinced me to buy a great pair of earrings.

Polish lady was the epitome or rude. Really poor serving skills. She talls to her coworkers so pretentiously. For someone who hasnt accomplished a lot...she needs to project her insecurities elsewhere. The lady with glasses who used to work at Michael Hills was super friendly. So was the asian lady. Never shopping there though because of pretentious Polish woman. Hope she learns to talk to her coworkers more kindly. She was so rude to the Asian lady. She is so condescending. I was getting second hand stress watching her talk to her coworkers......she isnt warm to customers either

I bought a bracelet for my son a year ago and the O ring kept pulling apart, to which my son only worn it about 4 times because he was scared he was going to lose it, so because l Covid couldn’t really get it fix so today l thought l go and have a chat to them to see if they can fix it for me, l had no problems paying for the repair, I had the box it came in which had their logo on it.So l walk in and spoke to a lady and ask if they do repairs, she yes we do but only jewellery that we sell, l said yes l did buy it from here, without a hesitation she brushed me off didn’t even bother to look at it didn’t ask what l was wanting to get fixed, all she ask was do you have the receipt in which l said no, really, all she had to do is have a look at the stamp on the bracelet which would determine that it was a Prouds product. All she said no sorry can’t help you and again brushed me off.Disgusting is that what you call customer service, so rude, will not shop there again,And the funny thing is went to another jewellery dealer in the centre, and they had no problem looking at what l wanted done and they were very happy to help me out, the service was amazing and the lady was so so helpful.

Rude staffWanted to buy earrings but no one was available to help me I just wanted to pay for it ,one of the lady said as you can see me I’m busy at the moment very rudelyI didn’t buy anything and just walked out from the store

Had my jewellery sent for repair, Prouds failed to communicate status/update. Due to their lack in communicating to me as a customer, they proceeded with next steps without any consent. I provided feedback to communicate better although did not take any accountability and both sales persons were just plain rude.

I was absolutely shocked at how rude I was treated at the highpoint store today. I have shopped at other Prouds stores many times and found service is generally good.I’m a 54 year old female and never ever have I come across anyone that rude. I was looking at buying a gold chain and asked for price of one as it didn’t specify how much they actually were on the tag after the 60% off sale. By the time I got to ask the price of the second, I got snapped at by another staff member standing by tapping some boxes. I asked for her name . She arrogantly and in a rude way mentioned her name Naz and said she was the store Manager. Being a store manager does not give her the right to be rude and disrespectful to her customers. If anything she needs to be more polite and set a good example to the rest of the staff. She certainly has some issues that need urgent action. I will never ever shop there again and expect a big apology for the treatment I got!!

Rude staff. Idk why they've got an attitude. Shouldn't work in retail if you're so stuck up. I was extremely nice to the ladies I only asked to look at necklaces for my mother and both of them had such a disgusting attitude

Had a good experience here. Great customer service too. The bloke who attended to me was courteous.
