I had a great experience at the salon. Lauriane did an amazing job with my hair. But most importantly she made me feel very well and comfortable. I always very cautious when it comes to doing my hair colour. So I felt she was empathetic and very kind

I can seriously not recommend this salon enough! Today I saw Taylor and asked to go back to my natural colour (red) which, she managed to match my mids/ends PERFECTLY with my re growth. Both the colour and cut were flawless. The salon vibe is so nice and it really was a lovely space to be in. Fav thing ever was when Taylor wrapped my hair up at the basin after washing it so I didn't have to walk back to my chair with dripping wet hair!!! She is a GENIUS!! Pricing is also very reasonable. Overall 11/10. LOVE! Thanks ladies

The salon has so much character and such a good vibe. Niamh is awesome! She is really present with you while doing your hair and just has a heart of gold! We had a great chat :) The products used smell divine and the curls put in my hair stayed for longer than I had expected! Overall 5/5, love the service, staff, location and ambiance :)

Best hairdresser in Melbourne!!! Lauriane has so much talent, I wouldn't leave my hair into anyone's else hands. She knows how to treat different kind of hairs and she makes sure you have the right care on yours.It's always wonderful to see her and have a wonderful chat.If I could only give more stars, I would!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was very happy with my experience at Nancy Mai. I had a wash, treatment and quick style with Jess, and less than an hour later, I walked out of Nancy Mai with really fabulous hair! Jess is very knowledgeable on all things hair, and it was extra special cuddling her super cute 4-month-old chihuahua who fell asleep on my lap! I think the blowdry bar concept is a fantastic idea, and I wholeheartedly recommend Nancy Mai!

I highly recommend Lauriane, such a professional and talented hairstylist.I think this is the best balayage I’ve ever had!Cost: $410 for the balayage, toner, wash, cut and style.
