Amy was amazing, she took us on a nice leisure stroll and helped us chose the right bed for our sleep specs and our budget.Best sales person I experienced in a long time, just a lovely person, knowledgeable and kind.

Dot was an absolute gem to deal with. She was friendly and patient, ensuring there was no stone unturned when I was trying out the various mattresses. Her in depth product knowledge coupled with her attention to detail helped address any initial concerns I had with purchasing a new mattress.Her level of customer service is definitely above and beyond which made the overall experience enjoyable. Jeremy at snooze jandakot was amazing! He had such a friendly helpful manner and was the only sales associate in any of the furniture stores that actually offered assistance. He is very knowledgeable and was able to explain the specifics in an easy to understand way. Thank you for all your help!

Ordered a mattress and a bed base. Both were booked for delivery. The mattress was not delivered and after an hour we called to find it wasn’t even booked in for delivery at all. The bed base was due to be delivered today and never came with no communication it wasn’t coming today. I called to find there was a delivery issue and it would come tomorrow but they could not confirm it definitely will come. Very poor communication and service. Will not be buying from here again.

Worst store ever, they’ll be very nice to you to make a sale, but very uncoordinated staff, they are not at all committed where deliveries are concerned, but very prompt to call and take the balance off you. They make commitments that they can't fulfill on-time, which is misleading. It has been nothing but a very bad experience with these guys. They book you in and then when you call to confirm a day prior, the staff says they haven’t booked you in for a delivery. Our delivery was not done twice, even after the first miss. Their policy is pay the balance amount 48hrs prior to the delivery, which we obliged, but once again failed to deliver. We would never ever come back to this store nor recommend it to family and friends here. I was told as a customer I shouldn't teach them to do business, but your paying customers are the reason your business still exists. If you can't value peoples hard earned money, then we shouldn't value your business. And what your staff don't realize when they speak is that they are representing SNOOZE not themselves.

What a trying experience buying a bed from Snooze Jandakot has been. Ordered 4th of jan, base and mattress. Mattress arrived after a few weeks and was told 4 weeks for the base. We still have not received the base nearly 13 weeks later. Snooze is not forthcoming with information. I have tried to call the store many times, there is either no answer or someone answers, takes my details and promises to call back but they never do. The one call we received was 10 weeks after our order say the base had arrived and they would contact us the following week to organize delivery, no surprise that they never called back. I wish I had read the reviews on this sub par store before I purchased anything from them. Never again.

3 ladies standing around at the counter, no customer service what so ever. had to wave my hands for them to come over. Took ages waited 5days for base and mattress. The delivery driver was awesome
