McDonald's Coorparoo
Mathew served me at the drive through tonight. Maccas need more workers like him. His customer service is on point and he was very friendly and patient. I took forever to order and his demeaner never changed. Tall guy with shoulder length hair. Had to do this review as experiences like this at maccas are not as common as they should be. Keep up the great work Mathew

If I could rate a zero I would. I ordered a blueberry banana bread toasted and it was served to me like a dogs breakfast. The staff member was aware of it and I told her I couldn't wait for them to do another one. I wasn't even offered a refund. I left the store disgusted.

It's a pretty stock McDonald's serving the usual fare of fast food burgers and fries but lets face it that why you come to these places right. They seem to have changed this place around to be more suited to takeaway and delivery it's not got a lot of atmosphere and isn't somewhere you would spend a lot of time. Staff are usually pretty good.

Went on a late evening with the kids. Even though there werent accepting dining in, they allowed us to sit down and have a meal. The tables were dirty (nearly all of them were not cleaned), and the food was not to great as well. Chips were stale, nuggets very dry and the saving grace was the drinks. Friendly stafff and happy to accomodate unfortunately not the greatest space to sit and eat and the food was sub par.

Rarely ever have an incorrect order, the drive-thru staff are great; the woman making our mcflurries tonight was on fire. Iced latte is always delicious. Sometimes the assembly of the burgers is pretty bad but other than that good maccas.

Do you like fines with that?Been going there for a long time because a mate lives less than a 10 minute walk away and being the only 24hr place open. We would come in, hang out and order. Then I get slapped with an $88 parking fine because the new company owners want more revenue.And McDonalds answer? Park on the street! You know, where McDonalds customers belong. Pity I can’t give it 0 stars, otherwise I would!

This is my local Macca's and that is the only reason I use it. Tonight I ordered 2 coffees, 2 wraps, and a bottle of water. I got the coffee's, had to park for the wraps which I don't mind, but they did not give me the water bottle which I paid for. I did not notice until I left.I've tried to ring them but they don't answer. The service at this maccas is less than average. They constantly mess up orders by missing items or burn coffee. I'm irritated as I paid for the water and didn't get it. Less than impressed. Poor service.
