The customer service I recieved from Kate Nolan was absolutely disgraceful.I understand its your job to mange workplace health and safety within the warehouse house. But next when it is bucketing rain and some appears at the door & rings the bell for assistance it might be nice not to scream at them you cant be in here

So I bought a washing machine but it came without installing? No one told me this! I had flip the machine myself to install it! I would've gone to other business! Will never use Harvey Norman again!
