I have recently done maintenance through this company. The plumber had poor experience and lack of tools which they took two days to order and fix it. However, the problem arised again after 4 days.The customer service is not good. I tried to contact them for this issue and asked to fix under work warranty. The representative told me to contact my real state agent to issue the work order and then they will look at it.This is completely insane and I will never recommend this company to anyone else.

The plumber from AMS was the one of the best I've had in a long time. He was courteous, experienced and GOT THE JOB DONE!!! I would be happy to recommend plumber Richard from AMS to anyone in need - especially when it comes to a blocked toilet.
