Empire Property Maintenance

Empire have been tending to my gardens on a routine schedule for the past year. They have never missed a scheduled appointment. they are quick and efficient, and the lawns, hedges and gardens are going well. Highly recommend.

Have been contacting to them on and off over the last 7 years and was left with non payment of invoices leading in to Christmas and it is now three months later and still waiting looks like the only way to get payment will be though the courts. Beware if you are thinking of doing business with this company.

From the moment of contact with Empire Property Management, I was met with nothing other than professionalism, efficiency and a genuine willingness to help my situation. All the staff, from the owner Justin who came to our property to complete our quote, to the crew that came out to complete the job, were friendly and provided advice and different methods of fixing our issue and also bringing our garden up to scratch - methods using their company or not. In addition to this the quote was one quarter of the price of any other quote we had received!We had a LOT of bamboo removed and poisoned. Chris and the team were friendly, polite, fast and punctual! They even sent me a message when they were on their way telling me exactly how long they would be before they would get there. Once here, they were straight into it and the job was miraculously done within 2 hours! After poisoning the bamboo roots, Chris even walked around the front of the house and poisoned all the weeds out the front and around the side just out of courtesy!! Chris then gave me his personal advice of what I could do to replace the bamboo, giving me ideas of specific plant names and what would grow best in the spot atop of the poisoned bamboo roots. I really appreciated the time and care that I received from all of my interactions with Empire Property Group and I will definitely be getting the team back to do more work and recommending them to EVERYONE. I also appreciate that the first job that I required them to do was not a pleasant one but they were so happy to do it and left me with the BEST impression of any landscaping company I have ever made contact with.

Empire has bought our hedge back to life by using a specific fertilizer which has a pest control in it. Work carried out promptly. Very happy with results and service.
