Con and Sam did an excellent job of restumping my 60s cream brick home.They were easy to communicate with and were highly professional in their approach from quote to finish.My subfloor is now perfectly level, and the house feels sturdy and secure. The basement now boasts a combination of beautiful steel and concrete stumps.Works were completed on time and the basement was left in a neat and tidy state when they finished.I couldn’t recommend this father-son duo more. Con and Sam were very professional, efficient and expert in the doing what we needed for our house. They communicated with us very clearly and explained everything that they were doing which was greatly appreciated. They realigned and restumped areas of our place that were sagging, fixing the stability of our house’s foundations. Zel backed them up with the administration and organising compliance with council. April Constructions have recently completed restumping my late 1950's property. They were excellent. I would recommend them to others. The restumping was difficult, as there was not enough space under the floor for them to work from under the house. Rather they needed to remove and replace floorboards. Their communication was great, keeping me informed of progress and any issues in a timely manner. The job was more complicated than expected, due to the lack of space, but they completed the job as quoted and in the expected timeframe. Thanks Con and Sam.
