Ordered a coffee and it was literally given to me 10 seconds after I paid even though another customer had been waiting for her coffees way before me and when I left it and took a sip it was full of sugar which I didn’t order. They handed me a coffee that was for someone else but they weren’t in the store to collect at the time or incorrect and thought to palm it off. Wasted money and as we were already on the road couldn’t turn around to return. Check it’s your order before you leave this place.

Best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere. They always remember my order without me saying anything and remember to put my food in a takeaway bag every time! I’ve never seen a cafe remember customers and they’re orders! Been coming here for over a year now and will continue to make regular visits :) thanks !

Fantastic coffee and delicious potatoe pie.I was a visitor in the area and the lady behind the counter remembered me from my first visit. This made me feel very special. Beautiful staff all round.
