Spent all morning at FG getting my phone fixed and sorted. Had to come here twice as I was messed around by Apple a little bit, and I received incredible service by Mei both times. Very happy!

Went in to see if they could fix my partners smashed iPhone when Apple said it was beyond repair. The guy working said he’d give it his best go and if he couldn’t get it to work, he wouldn’t charge us. An hour later we come back to find my partners phone back up and running like brand new. 12/10, couldn’t recommend enough.

I had my screen repaired and purchased a glass screen protector for an IPhone X. The woman who did the repair did an amazing job and my phone works perfectly.Would highly recommend her work!

Its such terrible experience!!!my partner purchased screen protector samsung galaxy ultra 22 which they claim the best quality.we paid $59 for it but we got the bad quality screen protector ever!with the poor quality screen protector and product are very over priced.but lucky they refunded and we will never come this shop again.thanks

We went to the Fountain Gate HI touch store today to get screen protectors and Ipad case for our kids IPads. Karen and Andy were extremely helpful and they went further and beyond with their service. They were. so friendly and professional. Thank you so much guys!!

Our first encounter with HiTouch Fountain Gate….. Sunday morning at 10:30 we rocked up with an iPhone 7 badly in need of a new battery and screensaver. 40minutes later we were on our way very happy with the excellent service provided by a knowledgeable person.If we need phone repairs in future we know where we’ll be going!

Store uses their own proprietary/unoriginal type of screws so only they can fix it once you repair once. Prices are unreasonable. All 5 star reviews are pressured customers. Please avoid this place.
