Lucy is competent, reliable, friendly and highly adaptable to the subjects I intended to learn.Lucy helped build my confidence during the art classes I run - showing me how to improve pronunciation, increase vocabulary, and make compelling phases. I could see my progress. She sent regular memo emails to keep track of the improvements.I never felt intimidated or ashamed of my gaps in English during the classes with her, I consider it is an important feature for whoever is learning. She is punctual and using Zoom as a tool is great!I hugely recommend Lucy's English classes!
