The rumours are very true!! if you do not use them to fix what they failed on your pink slip they refuse to pass it and find more problems to add to the list which is illegal. Absolutely appalled would be an understatement the owners attitudes towards paying customers are extremely rude i was made to feel unwelcome the moment I brought the car back not to mention the office is unbearably untidy even for a mechanic.
