Awesome team of people - Even being out of my area , they looked after me like a local - Already got another truck on order with them

Ford services are very bad in this place.Before work starts, the dealership lets your sign a worksheet mentioning that they are allowed to us non manufacturer approved parts. If this is the case, why go to a Ford dealership?Also the works carried out as mentioned on the worksheet are not carried out. (The worksheet mentioned the technician checked the tyre pressure of the spare wheel which was OK but there was no spare wheel. You cannot trust this dealership!In response to Ford Moruya:By signing the work order at Ford Moruya the customer approves the use of all none genuine parts. (e.g. brake pads, oil filters, break disks etc) Nothing is mentioned in the disclosure that none genuine parts are due to a lack of availability due to extended delays of the Ford factory. In case of using a none genuine part, the customer should be made aware of this. Does Ford Australia support the disclosure you let the customers sign and what about the guarantee on these none genuine used parts.The remark about the spare tire made by Ford Moruya is not complete and incorrect. The line item as mentioned by Ford Moryua Checking tyre presure including spares" does appear on the RO but the RO also mentioned:Tyre report:LHF 8.6mm

Went there to buy a vehicle, was there in the yard for over an hour not a salesperson to be seen , did see some look at us and walked off, had to go in and ask for some assistance, the person that came out , did try and to be honest my trade wasnt worth much to them. I don't know but I felt as if they was just not interested in trying to sell me anything, didn't even ask me to make an offer on a 70K vehicle. Won't be back at all. Found a better vehicle elsewhere with more goodies and alot cheaper.

The work carried out is great, but the coordination between departments is very poor as I originally organized a loan car that was not initially available and the paperwork took nearly an hour to process after the car was ready

$122k for a cruiser with a snorkel and 4x4 after market. Let’s go
