Rowe Aluminium & Security

Good quality workmanship but extremely slow service and poor communication. After many cancelled visits it took 5 months to get a quote. We requested notice of date and time for work to be done and we received two hours. It’s a rental property so lucky we have understanding tenants. No other screen door company service the Mannum area so I feel they take advantage knowing you can’t go elsewhere.

I would like to thank Tyson for firstly remembering going to my Mum’s house unbeknown to me for a similar issue my elderly parents had with their security door a few years ago.I have a go at unlocking the security door unable to, I also see that mum had left her house keys in the front door & I couldn’t open that door as well. I rang today 16th June 22, a the lovely lady answered my call, explain the problem with both doors & after talking to the technician she calls back to say she would send Tyson around, within no more than 10mins of my call Tyson arrives without asking walks inside & gives the door a good man pull, door 1 fixed then fiddle’s with the security door & he fixes that, explains what the problem was & takes the time to show mum & myself what to do if it happens again, he then says his goodbyes & says that there would be NO CHARGE for what he did.Thank you Rowe Aluminum & Security your staff have gone above & beyond to help today.

Our very first experience with your company was to get Lookout mesh" put on our existing front and back security doors. We had been told this could not be done to existing doors by another company

Good staff on front counter, nothing is ever a problem

Couldn't ask for better service, they really got me out of a jam when my roller door decided to fall apart. Seeing my car was stuck inside the garage I had no car to go to doctors appointments but Rowe Aluminum sent a technician out within half an hour .I thank them so much for there kind and certious service. Also there pricing was more than reasonable.

Absolutely terrible service. Should be minus 5 stars. Owner is rude, talks over you and these guys are 3* more expensive than anywhere else. Rang and ordered a piece of glass, ( they advised me on what I needed and thickness etc) and was told that it would need to be brought up from city which will take a week (why I don’t know being that the window isn’t that big) . I accepted and told them to go ahead and order it even though it was putting me a week behind in my work. I rung to confirm the piece was there on agreed collection day a week later only to be told that they hadn’t ordered it at all and that the person who quoted me and told me what glass piece I needed was wrong and that it’s $250 more expensive than original quote. He then argued with me telling me that he tried to call me but I didn’t pick up- which he didn’t- and here’s a tip, if you don’t get through to a customer- call again. Unprofessional… glass places should have glass ready to cut and sell, should have knowledgeable staff that quote properly and should have the product when they say they will. To bad Murray bridge Glass isn’t around anymore, those guys were killer, I could walk in and walk out with what I needed anytime. -5⭐️ From me. Do not recommend unless you enjoy a headache, an empty wallet and have a fortnight to wait.

Had a visit to be quoted (by a great young fella) back in December. Still haven't got quote after numerous follow ups. Frustrating!Gave up and gone with someone else.

I would never recommend Rowe Aluminium. They come and measured up some screen doors for us many months ago and from there it was all downhill. We were promised on a few occasions we would have an email with pricing the same day we made contact with them, it never happened. We have spoken to several others in our area who have experienced much the same thing. We have since got them done elsewhere.
