Best Shopping Experience! Appreciation note for Paula!Beautiful clothes always but this review for a very warm, sophisticated and helping store staff named Paula. She was so patient with so many things I was asking and helped me with each and every request. Finally I bought a really good collection of jackets and formal wear. She was well aware of available stock and so quick with it all.Thank you Paula for making my experience so wonderful!

I have been a consistent shopper of Sportscraft for many years. I adore the shop, the clothing, and the consistent happy welcoming and warm service. I have been a consistent shopper in retail for well my whole life, so I know what's fair and have a sound understanding of what is reasonable. I don't work in retail, but I know the customer is always right (unless they're being rude, aggressive or within reason being unreasonable.) I have lived in Balmain for just over two years, so I have frequented this particular Sportcraft store often.I spent just over an hour in the change room. If a consumer is trying on varying styles, spending hundreds $$+ within the store, this is not unreasonable. To ensure for yourself that your purchase is the right choice for you.There were two to three shop assistants within the store, fluffing and standing around. It was a Sunday afternoon, within the time frame I was there for the vast majority of the time the store was empty and quiet. As I have frequented this store so often I am aware that there are also change rooms up towards the cash registers at the back. I know this as I have used them and been shown to them by shop assistants.The shop assistant who assisted me was an older lady, she was pressuring. Towards the end the shop assistant approached me in an unreasonable manner, she caused me a great deal of discomfort. I almost walked straight out of the store, however I did want to purchase the clothes I had decided to buy. This approach costs the business customers and money? I'm a women in her late 20's and have never been spoken to in this manner by a shop assistant, ever. When I approached the shop assistant at the end and expressed how she made me feel uncomfortable, her smile and warmth disappeared.
