the guys honoured a sale price that had finished. They were not obliged to do so, but did anyway. Made me a very happy camper. Got a great deal on a cooler, very happy.

Went in today, on behalf of someone else, to collect a few things. Was in a rush and no idea what I was meant to be getting - but Justin on the front counter ran all over the store grabbing everything that I needed for me. Always get great service here, but today Justin was a star!

Arrived 40mins before closing time and asked the team to help my daughter and I pick out a rod for hubby for Father’s Day and one each for the kids to enjoy a fishing trip with their dad! Nothing was too much trouble for the team and we were treated superbly by the staff. I asked if they would mind rigging them up for us so that they could be put to use straight away and once again even though it was cutting it fine to closing time we were met with a great attitude by the staff and a couple of the guys got on the job for us. My daughter wanted to rate the team 11 out of 10 and I couldn’t agree more. We enjoyed our new rods out on an adventure today and caught a nice sized whiting for dinner :) thanks Lawnton team!

I purchased a 4kg gas bottle from BCF Lawnton today. Thanks to the efficiency of the lady who served me I did not buy the wrong one. She first asked the question, then checked online against the brand of BBQ I was using. I had picked up the wrong one, to include filling so she saved me from an expensive mistake. This just goes along with all staff I have dealt with there, very friendly, very professional and customer focussed. The store is always tidy, clean and easy to browse in., All around very impressed with BCF Lawnton.

Justin and Neil. Two Legends. Best sales staff I’ve come across. Super helpful and great product knowledge. Rumour has it, once Justin was bitten by a snake, after 48 hours of excruciating pain, the snake died. Neil can speak 8 languages and taught his dog to speak Swedish. Great blokes, get down there for a bargain.

Very helpful staff. I came in 10 minutes before close and the staff member on was great. We wizzed through the store together as she explained and demonstrated all the self inflatable mattresses.Nice big store. Everything displayed nicely.

I always have a good experience here. Every time, without exception. The staff are friendly, not fake friendly just to make a sale, but properly friendly, and helpful.Recently spent a couple of grand and my price match was not only met but beaten by a good little chunk, thanks to a damaged box.Many thanks :)

The young lady working here goes above and beyond . She's so well presented amd very helpful and doesn't just try sell you stuff you don't need to get a sale.. she will help you to get stuff you need and offer good advice . We love that bcf lawnton has a really amazing person working there and we will travel back there soon
