I was very excited for the treatment, I had vouchers from my baby shower to use. But treatment felt rushed. I missed out on a face massage and had a very quick scalp massage. I heard therapist sigh a couple times. I could feel her undecided as to where to massage on my back next, and could feel her thinking where to go next which rushed her. Wasn't relaxing after awhile. I had asked how much extra I would need to pay after my gift vouchers over the phone before treatment. She checked twice for me. On the day I had to pay $100+ more than quoted. Left feeling very annoyed and not on cloud 9 at all. Very upsetting as I organised the time away from my little one and waited over a year to have this with my sister from interstate. On a positive the therapists were lovely and explained everything well.

Many thanks to Eva for the wonderful experience I had on Saturday.My face felt so clean and fresh and overall I was totally relaxed throughout the whole treatment.She is very professional in the way she works and it is lovely to see someone who is so passionate about the work they do.

Worst place I have been !No heating, I was freeeeezing during the massage. Mentioned it few times to the masseuse who tried as much as she could to warm me up (extra blanket, hot stones). She was herself cold. The massage was ok, but the table very incomfortable around the head and very hard in general. This and being cold didn't help me to relax at all.Randomly at the end of the massage the masseuse asked me if I was a mother of 3 kids... ????? Thanks God I have a toddler, otherwise I would have been very upset (I'm kind of are anyway).I got a voucher from my work colleague, this is the reason why I came - still had to pay $55 out of pocket. When finished I felt rush to dress back up and back at the desk. I mentioned that I was very cold and it was very hard to relax. The receptionists told me that they didn't have any heater today due to a problem with the system and someone will come later. I wasnt informed before my treatment and all this really felt like a BIG waist of my time and money. Nothing was offered to compensate the heating problem. Will never go back, very bad customer service and felt worst when I left than when I arrived ! Run away !!

I recently had a 1 hour clinical peel. Overall I have no negative feedback regarding the actual treatment I received apart from that fact I missed out on key parts of it. I also paid for 1 hour and only Got 45 minutes of treatment including the consult time prior to starting. Probably what is most disappointing is once I bought this up with staff, all they did was make excuses and not actually listen to what I was saying. It was extremely unprofessional. I got no LED light therapy which is suppose to be included. They also told me I rocked up early for my appointment because they bought me in late. However I was on time. When I received a call regarding my experience, again she didn’t even listen to what I was saying and excused every bit of it. For such an expensive treatment honestly you expect better and to be treated better: Will never return to endota at west lakes again.

Easy access to the spa from the parking lot The entry is in between Coles and Woolworths just before you entered the mall. I book for a relaxation massage of 45 minutes. The girls were nice and friendly as soon as I got there they took me to a room behind and there was tea and water with a calm music. I arrived 5 minutes earlier to fill up the form I finished the form in 2 minutes the massage person come to see me right in time she asked a couple of questions took me to the room and asked me to change etc...we were all ready around 10 minutes after the time of my appointment and she started the massage. The massage was nice and relaxing no pressure no firm movements everything very nice and soft with lots of oil... great! The only problem is that the massage only lasted 35 minutes...I paid for 45 minutes...is only a small detail but I wished it was 45 minutes of massage not 10 minutes getting ready and then massage ...I was there in time and ready to go ...I would rather have been taken to the room right away instead of having a cup of tea ..

My initial experience (see below) a few months ago wasn't great. However, I was contacted shortly after leaving a review and offered a complimentary service.I've just had my treatment and was blown away by the customer care, professionalism and quality of the treatment. It was a stark contrast to my first treatment here. I am truly impressed by the service recovery, conflict resolution and overall communication of everyone involved. There were aspects of the massage that i enjoyed and parts that I really didn't appreciate much.I'm used to getting deep tissue or sports massages at my regular places and they know my body and know how to treat someone that is athletic and does a lot of physical activity.So, at endota I paid for a remedial massage but it was more of a relaxation massage with uneven and uncomfortable pressure at times.At the end, the massage therapist kept saying in quite a judgemental way that I was too stressed and tight and need to foam roll, stretch, relax more (I'm actually a yoga teacher), which I didn't really find helpful or necessary. I was already in a post-massage blissed out state and never asked for any advice. She had a European accent so I'm guessing English isn't her 1st language so some of what was said might have been lost in translation. But it definitely didn't leave me feeling relaxed or empowered. Quite the contrary.I came because I had been given a gift voucher for my birthday. I probably won't be back.Facilities and reception staff are all lovely though. I had a great facial with Silvia today. She was so professional ,helpfull and very friendly.She helped me when i rang up for a appointment ,explained prices and suitable facials for my skin. She knows what she is talking about ,i cant reconmend her highly enough.I will be booking in with her from now on.
