Without Sid's guidance and constant support throughout a grievous battle with my insurance company, I would be have been forced to accept repairs on a highly damaged vehicle that ran the chance of putting lives at risk. Without hesitation, Sid was at the forefront of every discussion as soon as the vehicle landed in his shop, fighting for what was right, against Suncorp. He provided expert analysis and breakdowns of the vehicle that required extensive reporting and third party opinions (as forced by Suncorp), so he could prove the vehicle should not be repaired. After months of back and forth, we were finally able to get the result that was deserved and this simply would not have been possible without Sid and the team.
