Consistently don't provide soy sauce bowls (when we asked for some were we provided with 3 for a party of 4), front of house seem to avoid you as much as possible. The food is fine, but with actual Sushi Train chains around we aren't bothering with this local anymore. Latest visit we had to explain (to the same server we've had with every previous visit) how to split the plates for the bill even though we had stacked them accordingly. We were still under charged while our friends were overcharged. The customer service basics just don't happen here.Edited to add: Today was the second time were were gestured to sit in a booth which still had the cleaning equipment in it and food scraps on the floor.

Awesome Sushi Train
I haven't even left the place yet and I need to make this review. Atmosphere is pretty dismal, no happy greeting upon entry, basically felt ignored, all look grumpy and like they don't want to be here or serve. Food plates going around on the train with no coverings, food quality and presentation nothing like their sister restaurants in Carseldine and Aspley. Pretty sub-standard in comparison to the other sushi train restaurants. Won't be back again.

I got food poisoning and i am very sick the portion sizes were minuscule and the prices are large. Absolutely fuming and unimpressed. I am utterly disgusted by the food. The people were really rude and are not willing to help. I got a sushi plate and once I got it and had a bite it felt like I had put my mouth iver a open gas bottle. They were not willing to give a discount. I am very sick and furious. I advise everyone not to dine in or takeaway at this sushi bar!!!

First opinion, the front door where the handle bar is to slide open is filthy. Really could do with a wipe. The selection of dishes there was pretty disappointing too, not much variety at all. Overall, not much of a vibe going on and basic looking dishes.

It's nice food but price bloody rip off(update) went other night, food made smaller then before, they got new staff or new owner, all different, I had three plates and they charge 4 plates I told them it's three and other staff took away and clean it, it's too late to double check,Also they made ALOT SMALLER food then other sushi please stop going there and find other better then that!Cost me 30 bucks and I'm still hungry,Never come back again,Before was good and now not anymore
