I use to go there and always good. Only last time, it was a bit quick and the hair removal didn't worked properly but the practitioner had good gesture $ and was very professional with the laser. Thank you very much and see you next time

I have been using this clinic for quiet a few years, my usual therapist has left & I saw a new therapist, quiet young. Had full leg etc & I have ended up with burn marks all over me, which had never happened before. ( I had been using another laser company prior to Laser Clinics Australia for many years also, so I am quiet use to laser hair removal) I am also a fully qualified senior Aesthetician.Prior to Laser the therapist did not cleanse the area & removed her protective eye wear at the start of the treatment & continued with no protective eye wear!I am still waiting on a refund for my prepaid sessions which I requested from the franchise owner. (which was promised by the owner)I will not be returning to this laser Clinic!

I have been visiting Laser Clinics Australia in Casuarina regularly since they opened 12 months ago. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming and instantly put me at ease, making me comfortable which is really important for some of the treatments they offer. The staff are also very professional, ensuring they ask all the appropriate questions before commencing any treatments to make sure they are doing what is best for you.

Came to do my second laser treatment and I have been with Bek from their staff.Thanks to her it was a really good moment. She is doing really well and happy to talk with her as well.

I have done hair removal almost ten times with LCA. Patricia is professional, listened to what I needed, and provided an excellent hair removal service.

I regret to write that this casuarina clinic refused to refund the returned product today. All staffs were quite professional except the manager. Response to the client’s concerns and problem seemed gross because the manager in this clinic seemed quite unprofessional. She made us wait for 2 hours just to have a short chat about the refund. And, since I did not agree for her no refund policy, she explicitly told me to go somewhere else to get the laser treatment.It was pretty apparent that, she usually treats non-Australians as underdogs and has a “Negligent attitude”.I just wanna say, service is just not about providing product service, it is more connected with how you deal with clients and how you treat them. And, I felt discrimination.Such a shame that you felt threatened for refunding your customer’s money.

Amazing! Customer service was brilliant and the ladies were even slightly early. Taylor was my therapist for the session and she was brilliant. Made me feel extremely comfortable, knew what she was talking about, asked the right questions and was very professional. Highly recommend.

Very good service. The therapist I see (sanzida) is very patient and kind and makes sure I'm comfortable with all the laser procedures. She's very thorough and tailors everything to my needs and where I should be with laser. Best laser place in the centre by far.

I had two laser treatments following up previous sessions and both times the service was exceptional and extremely thorough. My therapists were very accommodating and caring. Definitely recommend LCA Darwin!
