APM Employment Services - Southport

Luke has zero sense of thinking outside the box customer service. It's like dealing with a robot who is programmed to do certain things and anything outside that scope causes it to malfunction. His manager Rene is the same. They care more about hitting targets and getting their money than understanding people's situations and needs. Luckily for me I was re-assigned to ETC where I was treated like a human being and not just seen as a number with dollar signs.

5 stars for APM Employment Southport, very convenient location, friendly staffs, provide necessary resources for clients to achieve the employment goals. Especially thank you to Michael Moore, a very polite and professional gentleman, understanding and helpful! Very pleasant to speak and consult with!

I recently had the displeasure of dealing with APM Gold Coast, and I must say it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. From start to finish, the level of service and professionalism exhibited by this organization left much to be desired.In terms of professionalism, APM Gold Coast fell far short of even basic standards. The staff members I interacted with were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in my concerns. It was evident that they lacked the necessary expertise and knowledge to handle my employment effectively. I was left feeling unsupported and abandoned throughout the entire process.Additionally, the overall quality of their services was subpar. The advice and guidance provided were generic at best, and it was clear that little effort was put into tailoring their services to meet my specific needs. It felt like a one-size-fits-all approach, which left me feeling like just another number rather than a valued client.In conclusion, I would strongly advise against using APM Gold Coast for any services. Their poor communication, unprofessionalism, and low-quality services were major letdowns. There are much better alternatives out there, and I would encourage anyone seeking assistance to explore other options before considering APM Gold Coast.

The staff at APM Southport are really supportive, patient, and understanding people. I love Priscilla, she's my personal hero for being extra loving and caring for my dog whom all the staff welcome! My new case manager, Lierin, is also amazing, and I have only good things to say about this beautiful young lady. The staff (at least my two ladies Priscilla and Lierin) are very helpful and considerate. They care about the person they're dealing with and consider individual circumstances. I feel lucky and grateful to have my ladies and the rest of the team looking after us. Thanks APM team Southport!
