If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! I broke my leg, 1 week after surgery my mother took me to get out of the house for an hour, we arrived at Ella Bache Glenbrook and was given the warmest greeting. After surgery most people wont touch you, The owner saw how sore and sorry I was for myself and looked after me immediately.. She wasn't worried about all the what if's" she just saw I was in pain and wanted to help. I have been back twice a week now for the last 4 weeks. The customer service was nothing like I have ever experienced before

I had received a facial, full body wax and eyebrow treatment. Overall a great experience by Ella Bache Glenbrook. From Exceptional hygiene and cleanliness to very attentive staff and exceptional customer service I am more than pleased with my treatment that was undertaken by their staff. Highly recommended.
