Lady and pharmacist were rude. They also gave me generic medications when i said i only want the original brand and it was also marked on my prescription that brand substitution was not permitted.

Very disappointing service. They had made an error and didnt take responsibility, waited till I had complained before trying to rectify the situation. When I picked up the script I was met with disdain. If I could have shopped elsewhere I would have.

A bit stuck at home with unwell children needing rapid tests and supplies. One very pleasant call with Sophie and the day became easier! Home delivery of supplies sorted and very patient caring customer service dealing with my tired parent brain. Highly recommended
