I'm a massage connoisseur and I hate to say it but the massage I received here was incredibly average.From the minute the masseuse touched my body I could tell it wasn't going to go very well. This has almost never happened to me but several times throughout the massage I considered getting up and leaving because I thought it was a waste of my time even though I was incredibly tired and needed the massage.Another red flag was in the store, there is a sign which reads, If you're unhappy with your message

Had the best pregnancy massage yesterday. Hot stone rocks were used as well, came out feeling really refreshed and no sore aches and pains at all. Highly recommend for pregnancy and general massages.

Best massage of my life! I didnt feel that the massage therapist was rushing through it. She definitely took her time to work on my back. And there are many small details that mattered, like hot towels and a thick face pillow. Fantastic! Would love to go back!!!

Today, my wife and I had the worst massage ever. It was more like an hour of rubbing; did not feel any relief whatsoever. I would give it 1/10. They put a sign to which we haven’t noticed before sort of stating if you’re not happy within first 15 minutes, they will change masseuse and/or give get refunded. I should have said something straight away - definitely lesson learned.We were regular customers pre-covid and we always recommend them to family, friends and colleagues but not anymore. I would never come back to this place and I wish I could submit this review with 0 stars.
