Just a small thanks to the amazing team (Dr Heather / Jo / Lilit & the others) - our 12 year old Dog (Neo) needed some special care over the last few weeks to work out what was going on - and the team was truly amazing - not only did they find what was wrong but have fixed him up and his getting back to his normal self. Really accomodating even though I was running slightly late. The vet was so friendly and our dog lived his visit.

Would highly recommend Dr Heather. She explains things clearly to us and provides really good recommendations. She is also amazing with our little furbaby who can be fiesty!

I have been coming to Greencross Vets Roseville for the past 6years for my cat Kelso. The staff are friendly, empathetic, caring and professional.They have always provided quality care for my fur baby and kept me well informed during the rare occasions when I have had to visit for a bad reason.Would highly recommend this vet service to anyone with a fur baby!

I've been a long-time customer here but since Dr Nick's departure things have declined. The receptionist, Jo, is often cold and unwelcoming. The vet, Heather, is passive-aggressive and then tries to sell you things you don't need just like a used car salesman. It's really disappointing to see such jaded employees in a place that's meant to care for our pets. After being a loyal customer for 10 years, I've decided to take my dog to Willoughby Vet who are much more warm and welcoming, and their prices are much more reasonable. It's a shame that this place has gone downhill with these two employees.

If you have a Healthy Pets Program. Don’t bother going here. They will still add pointless things to your check up, to make sure you leave with paying out of pocket.Gentlemen at the desk was lovely.

Dr Nick truly is the most dedicated and compassionate vet. He has helped us tremendously over the years with our three cats and always goes the extra mile. We are so appreciative and couldn't recommend him and the whole team highly enough!
