I promise you never come to this salon for manicure, they don’t even know how to do a simple design

DO NOT waste your money and time at this place. I went to get mega volume eyelash extensions and the last time I was there almost all of my lashes fell out the next day. They tell you that Vivi Salon policies stated that if you are not happy with the service or if your lashes falls out with in 1-2days come back to them so they will investigate your concern, but it’s all a lie.When I contacted them and told them about the problem, they told me nothing can be done for them to refill the lashes I will have to pay full price.They RUINED MY LASHES. Looks great but done poorly. When I got the mega volume eyelash extensions, they looked great when done but the extensions were not isolated properly to one eyelash. I had one eyelash fan that was stuck across 3 eyelash hairs. The glue is all clumped together. I had to pull some lash fan because of the irritation to FIND that the one lash fan was actually 5 individual fans stuck to one. Very disgusting.I wouldn't recommend this place nor will I definitely come back here again! There are better, more professional and more fair-minded beauty studios which are not trying to rip off their customers!

This place is only good for hair cuts.. their products (the ones I tried including treatment and hair straightening) burned my hair off!! My scalp is still recovering!! Also their hair treatment (something plex?) is a complete scam!!! They make you pay hundreds of dollars with no difference whatsoever.

Might I suggest having a price list visible for customers. Requested AC to be turned on twice but had to make do with AC coming from the hair salon. Spent over a $100 and would have thought that I would have been advised of the surcharge for paying by EFT.Would not return, highly recommend that you take your business anywhere else.

Was good.. now an overpriced rip-off ! prices keep going up and quality goes down as regular customers are now fleeing this sinking ship. Vivi salon lacks qualified staff and relies on cheap labour and cheap imported products. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Just did my eyelashes extensions today and it’s just useless and waste of money, my eyeslashes are dropping down one by one .even after turning up on time the lady who was attending me was in hurry so that she can attend another client the worst moment is when she told me to open my eyes immediately after process very unprofessional I don’t recommend this place.
