Samsung Robina

Phone repair by Techworks arranged by Samsung Robina. Took 3 weeks to get it back after a sensor/water issue under warranty.Was advised at Robina Samsung that usually would be fixed in a couple days - if I took it there myself can generally be fixed on the spot. Communication between companies can be improved for better customer experience.Would have been good if I was provided better notice and a courtesy phone. 3 weeks way too long to be without a phone for something on a warranty issue.Called multiple times for updates. Kept getting told replacement part was in transit, but no idea on when to expect it - there is parcel tracking?Asked to pick phone up from Southport Techworks rather than send back to Robina as easier for me. Told this was ok. Phone sent back to Robina...Got phone back, was repaired well.

Thank you to Matt and Heinz for a professional and friendly experience when trading in my old Samsung for the S23. Courteous and extremely patient when helping me transfer my 8000+ images/videos over to the new phone. Heinz checked to make sure everything was perfect and working on the new phone before I left with it. Will be back to trade in my partners for a newer model soon. Thanks guys!

Would put 0 star if I could. Was not helpful terrible attitude, refused to look at my phone or answer questions. My phone is only a couple months old would not see what was wrong or try help me with it. Advice I was given from them would have void the warranty. So glad I did not follow their advice. Would not recommend

Was sold the galaxy flip, 30 days later it broke at no fault of my own. I was promised that if I purchased another phone outright, the phone would be fully refunded when sent to Sydney. This was not true and now they will fix the phone and send back to me... over $3500 spent on two phones. I do not recommend this company due to their poor customer service and unhelpful staff.

I drove 30min to get to Samsung Robina, I turned up at 4.30pm one hour before they close and I just wanted to drop of a device to be sent away for repairs.The girl at the counter spent 10min telling me how she couldn't help me as I would need to come back another day as they don't take repairs in the last hour. This is stated no where for the public to see, she completely wasted my time, there is so many things she could have done differently. If this is your policy it a terrible one. She spent more time telling how she couldn't help me than what it would have taken to grab my details and help the customer.I was willing to wait as i have invested my time to get there but she was not willing to help, I watched from the podium above as as she continued to do sweet FA after I left. This was DESCUSTING customer service. I don't write many reviews but I felt this was worthy of it. Samsung Robina you need to train your staff how to deal with customers rather than worry about knocking of there shift early or having the last hour to sit and play on there phones.She needed 1hr to lock up to a few display cupboards, I'm sure she could have served a customer. Piss week.......

I am so disappointed with service. You cannot call the shop directly it goes to overseas call centre and even they cannot connect you. My phone has been in repairs for 3 weeks. I have been told it will be replaced but still no phone and no advice to when I will get it. No way to escalate concerns! I have been a long term Samsung user and now I would never recommend this product.

It's usually a busy store, but i didn't have to wait too long. The person I spoke with was very helpful.

This review relates to an online order through Samsung.I ordered a S23 Ultra 512GB phantom black, case and screen protector through the Government online portal. This was during the bonus Galaxy Watch offer period.I checked with the online help desk and they said products were all in stock. I ordered them and received them within 3 business days, even though the website says delays can occur. Due to the smaller size of the items Startrack were the courier.I understand others have had a bad experience, but I was looked after and can highly recommend Samsung for this smaller type of order at least.

A huge thank you to a very patient, kind and understanding Fin today. He managed to fix my error messages and reactivate my social media accounts, in no time at all. Very much appreciated Fin!
