I am commenting on behalf of a friend who engaged the services of this company to manage her residential property investment. The property manager did not ensure the tenants completed a satisfactory lease end handover. The property was returned with damage caused by the tenant and was not clean. When asked about the bond to cover these costs the managing agent claimed they returned it to the tenant. After my friend asked me to look over the lease for her I found that the bond amount was not even filled in. The agent was asked to confirm the bond amount collected and to provide a receipt ledger. They responded with the request was unusual and that was all, nothing has been provided, no questions answered. I have followed up on a number of occasions and have just been ignored. They have not provided basic records such as bond amount, ledger, date notice was given to vacate, date of vacation, final Inspection etc. Something is not right here. We are now in the process of finalising a complaint with Fair Trading and making a claim for damages. This is extremely unprofessional and their inability to be transparent with their transactions raises alarm bells.

Amer has helped us get a great house to live in at Macarthur Heights, which is a great locality with terrific neighbours. He has been pro-active and cooperative in attending to our house-needs in many ways including agreeing to installation of an additional Air-con duct, getting in touch with the electricity distribution company & other nitty-gritties.Overall, Amer has performed in an exemplary manner.I wish him all the very best in his future endeavours. WORST AGENT EVER! I have been in property for over 10 years and dealt with numerous agents and this is hands down the worst. Agent did not even know the tenant was 3 months behind rent before we asked them about it! Ended up with 5 months rent missing! No communication, no fN idea what they are doing. I don’t know how they still have their license. Will be referring them to fair trading so no one else will fall victim to them!

SELLERS BEWARE YOU WILL LOSE MONEY ON BETTER OFFERSI attempted to buy an apartment via Ozair Turbai as the property had an open home at 11am 1/5/21 I informed Ozair I was interested in submitting an offer and Ozair stated he was meeting someone at 130pm that day also submitting an offer and he would call me to let me know. He did not call and I called him after 2pm. He stated I needed to come to the office to submit and offer and when I stated I would he then denied me the opportunity stating he was out for the rest of the day. He then said I had to submit a maximum price and only have one chance to do so. He refused negotiation so I had no choice but to submit a $9000 additional offer. He got back to me by COB stating the other party has put in a higher offer and that was over no more options to negotiate. I was not allowed to negotiate as his term for negotiation is classed as a “silent auction” and cannot be done. The owner has now missed out for a better offer and I was willing to pay a really high amount as I loved the place. I contacted my solicitor and they have submitted and offer to real estate but the contract have been exchanged that evening .Not only did he use high pressure tactics which is illegal he refused me to negotiate. I will be submitting a formal complaint to dept of fair trading as both actions are illegal.

Nothing positive to say about anyone here especially Sakina who has basically been bullying my MIL and is evicting her for apparently being behind on rent. All invoices were sent and payments were always made on time but we still get abused by the lady". We emailed all evidence of us being in the right and haven't heard anything back from them.
