Sarasvati Sally Dawson

I joined yoga sessions with Sally Sarasvati Dawson in about 2008. The best decision, my eldest daughter who was a regular gifted me a 10 week voucher. I was a beginner but was always encouraged to only do what my body allowed etc. Sarasvati and all the other teachers were fabulous in their instructions and beautiful in their manner. I really missed going to the studio when we moved. I've since joined her Chair Yoga sessions via Zoom. So delighted to be back again. Thank you for being so kind and sharing so much. Nameste folks"

I have been a student of Sarasvati for a number of years. Sarasvati's classes suit a variety of abilities and ages and options are always included.I was drawn to this teacher, and remain a passionate student, because of the inclusion of time and guidance for meditation. Sarasvati also teaches a number of complementary classes including meditation and leads a meditation circle" on Sunday mornings.Such classes/courses have provided me with a fantastic grounding in self-awareness and how I interact with people and events. I found this extremely helpful coping with uncertainty and enforced isolation last year during COVID."
