I have had the canopy for almost 1 year. Bought in Cairns and fitted in Sydney. A seamless process. The canopy is excellent. I hear that the after sales service is second to none. I have not had to experience it. That speaks volumes about the product.

These canopies are some serious bit of gear. I have had my canopy for over 3 years and have travelled all through the Gulf and Kimberly without having one single issue. The best thing about these canopies are no leaks, no cracks and no dust. They have a brilliant design, are built strong, look great, and offer a huge amount of innovative optional extras.After sales support is also top notch with a support owners page that has all the answers once you get out there and start putting things to the test.The welding on each canopy is exceptional and the attention to detail is faultless. I would highly recommend a Norweld canopy if you are looking for something to last the life of the vehicle. 10 out of 10 from me.P.S if you haven’t owned a canopy before a must have option is a set of door alarms to save you from an embarrassing moment.

So i've been a customer of Norweld for a fair few years now and probably would have championed them against nay-sayers. But after today my vision has been shattered and i'm left speechless!My boat is 18 months old and unfortunately developed some weld cracks and because the manufacturer changed hands I was left without any of the 5 year warranty and went to Norweld to pay for some repairs.I asked for extra bracing to be put into the welds but the welder advised he thinks the original welds were just bad and a re do" is all that was needed. Needless to say the welds broke again and the boat was back for repairs after a few fishing trips.Acknowledging the error first time around Norweld agreed to fix the boat again as per my original request free of charge to the specifications I initial suggested (which the manager agreed was the correct course of action in the first place)So after assuming the boat was fixed after picking it up the second time I went to sea only to find it fill with water again! Alas they missed one somehow

Norweld are in their own league! Seriously the attention to detail and quality is unbeatable, the customer service is second to none. Every piece has been thought out to provide reliability, ergonomics and aesthetics that really set norweld apart. Could not recommend any other tray/canopy builder. Norweld are the best in the game!

Surprisingly, this family business is based in Cairns and makes products that are in demand all over the world.My email enquiry was quickly answered by Shannon and ended up with him giving me a tour of their facility.Their ute canopies are at the top end of the price scale and worth every cent. Top spec materials, build and fittings. That’s important if you’re going bush and rely on your equipment.The trays are adjustable and fit perfectly on most utes. One customer has apparently just put his original Norweld canopy on his fifth ute.I wrote this review because it’s great to see people take pride in the quality of their products.

Outstanding after sales service purchased my first canopy and tray to suit a duel cab in 2016 Purchased a new car single cab in 2017 and it’s was no trouble to transfer canopy from old vehicle to new tray on new vehicle.Isaac also directed me to the fabrication section to custom build new under tray boxes and dog cage to fill in the space of the longer tray.And still even today when I run into Isaac he calls me by my first nameA great product with outstanding after sales service.

I can’t thank the team at Norweld enough for delivering a fantastic product!From the first phone call I made to Jonathon, to the installation at Jackson’s 4x4 and everything in between and after, the entire process was impeccable. I was kept well informed throughout the build process with emails and progress photos, and it was delivered exactly when I was told it would be. The build quality is beyond perfect and is worth every cent when supporting a quality Australian company. Thanks again to everyone involved and I would highly recommend dealing with Norweld if you are after the best trays and canopies on the market.

I had a Norweld tray and canopy fitted to my RAM 2500 over 2 years ago. One of the keyed locks on the trundle drawer jammed and was inoperative. While i was visiting Cairns I dropped into Norweld to see if I could buy a new T handle assembly, their answer was no, they would replace the faulty one free of charge. A guy came out of the factory and replaced the faulty part while I waited. Unbelievable customer service. I advise anyone looking to buy a tray and/or canopy to only consider Norweld. Their product is excellent and their customer service is above and beyond expectation.
