We had a beautiful lunch family get together. Food was fresh and delicious! The recommended barramundi fish salad was amazing, to finish off our meal we had fried ice cream which was simply the best with a homemade caramel sauce topping. Service was beyond expectation with attention to details. Overall we love the place and we will be back again.

I've been here a couple of times and it's always a different experience every time. The food is good especially when fresh. It taste a bit different when it's take away. The service is sometimes good, depends on who the waiter is on the night. The portions differ as well, sometimes, its smaller portions in the restaurant compared to take away. So it's a 50/50 place for me.

They are now under new management, everything is not the same, obviously the chefs are gone. Duck dumplings has no duck, it is stuffed with peas. The beef stir fried taste like from food court. Their food has no wok hei now which was once famous for.

Got recommended this place by a few friends who dont live around here. I'm glad they did as the Food was really good I'd go as far to say it's the best Thai place I've been too in a long time the flavours where nice and not to spicy for the pharang lol my favourite dish was the Barramundi mango Thai salad .. I will definitely be coming back again you know a place is good when it's always packed

The Tom Yum Coconut fried prawns and Tamarind prawns were top class. However the garlic sizzling prawns, hoki noodles and Stir fry chicken was not up to mark. They have to really work more to improve the standard. Ambience also is very average cafeteria style. Thai restaurants in Glenn Waverley Melbourne is amazing and wish we could have similar standards for Thai in Sydney.

Pleasantly surprised with the foods, lots of flavours and aromas. Great presentation, fast and excellent service. Tom yum delicious not too salty and has a light punch of spice. Snapper was not over cooked and tender covered in Granny Smith Apple with slightly spicy sauce. The salt and pepper prawn is just under cooked but still awesome. And the dessert just average. Overall very happy with the service. Definitely recommend thai lovers diners.

I love the food there! The menu is a variety. We ordered Padthai, fried rice, soft shell crab and prawn garlic. All are delicious!! The crispy chicken with Basil sauce is a must. The portions are huge.

It's the second time I've been here with guests. The moderate spiciness in the dip is perfect. Tables are kept clean and tidy.Despite every busy table the staff are patient with noisy kids and adults.The streak could stand to be cooked a little longer to soften it up. Perhaps also provide toothpicks for customers too.Also, the waiter needs to carry a pad or writing tablet to inspire confidence that a 7-person order can be carried correctly, especially with the rice. Overall, a steady 5-stars.

Overall, my experience at Thai Emerald was exceptional. The food was so delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and staff were very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic Thai dining experience. Definitely will come back here again!
