For a place in a fairly busy part of town I couldn’t believe that at 11:45 on a Thursday, there was literally only one bloke there to handle the lunch time rush. Had to wait nearly 20 minutes for a souvlaki, as did the poor old bloke that ordered and relieved his stuff at the same time as us - and he only ordered a chiko roll! Ya kiddin me aren’t ya?

It took me 20mins to get chips on a sat afternoon..I was a soul shopper.thg is I am talking about a packet of chips eg samboys or alike not cooked.Again I am the only one in the shop the entire time.Let's say there wax a communication challenge". ..Wow. What tha faaaaark...Talk about throwing her in the deep end. More like off the tasman Bridge.She will hopefully get there"

A surprisingly good fried food corner store with excellent fish and chips! The serving sizes are pretty big for a relatively cheap price and their chips are sooo crispy and not excessively oily. Will definitely come back!

19 dollars for a mixed snack pack with barley any meat 3/4 full of chip's and hardly any sauce definitely not what it used to be

The past 3 or 4 days now I’ve been ordering the Aussie burger which on its own is amazing! Today I ordered the Aussie burger and chips on gravy which is also amazing. Yes the burger may look messy but that’s how I love it, theses guys keep making the best burger that I’ve ever had. Im definitely going to keep buying from theses guys!!! Love the food

I like the flake here, was a generous portion and was nice and firm. The lady was kind enough to swap out chips for potato cakes.Wasn't a big fan of the potato cakes in the end - the batter was too thick. I get the feeling though this is across the board in Hobart, especially for the smaller family oriented shops.Next time I'll need to order some extra tartar and have salad on the side if possible.

Hands down the best takeaway shop fish there is, the batter is thin and crispy and doesn't take away from the flavour of the fish.Huge servings when buying combos and the burgers are great too. Always fresh and served with a smile

I am a local…..but this place has great Souvlaki & Chips. The staff are awesome. Don’t like wasting my hard earned money on rubbish.
