Walked my dogs here on most evening during the summer. The grass was always lush and we'll watered. The Avenue of trees is a pleasure and watching and hearing the water flowing over the loch was awesome. Who ever tends to this area should be complimented on keeping such a clean and glorious area.. many people seemed to walk their dogs there and each and everyone would immediately clean up after their pets. What is more relaxing than sitting under a gum tree and watching water flowing down the mighty Murray, Pelicans and Eagles circling overhead.This place has it all.

This place is completely stunning it's so peaceful in serene lots of green grass a dozen or so picnic tables located right next to the murray-darling river the weather in Loch can be herd in the background while you're eating your lunch but you gotta watch out for the pelicans be a huge the area has a toilet block fairly new looking toilet block both for men and women there is no designated parking but you just pull up on the side of the road it's just a very beautiful place to sit and reflect and have some quiet time if you're in Wentworth I recommend you come and visit this particular location

The system in these locks are amazing and quite interesting. I wouldn't travel all the way here to view these locks but if you're in the area I would recommend checking it out. If you're not into engineering nearby parks and grassy areas are plentiful.

A quiet spot during the week.Still fenced off after flood damage so unable to get a closer look at Lock 10

Large grassy area with some shade near road adjacent to Lock and Weir 10 at Wentworth. Toilets on the opposite side of the road with drinking fountain and potable water tap.Would be better if the seating areas were shaded. The information boards are interesting.

A large grassy area which is very clean and adjacent the roadside. Not a huge amount to see other then the Lock and Weir, and there are toilets on the opposite side of the road, alongside a drinking water fountain. A nice area, but would only recommend stopping by if you're driving past.
