I personally don't know how this business survives in this day & age as I have only ever had very poor service in the two times I have dealt with them. Ian consistently promises to return your calls & never does & then you have to call him back & he always blames the other suppliers over East that haven't gotten back to him. I would suggest checking out another supplier locally as I did I had an email & quote including an image shown the correct part I needed & that was done in under 10 minutes so Ian you obviously don't have the passion & drive in your field so move on or embrace your business & deliver what you promise Regards Grant
